Iam Ian and writing concerning a recent visit I had at yourrestaurant. I was expecting to get so much fun but it was not as Iexpected and i hope this can be improved in order to attract manycustomers. When we visited, the major problem is the people whoworked in the restaurant. In my opinion, they are less concerned withthe customers. Some are rude and would not provide directions whenenquired on any confusing issue. The service is slow and the workersdo not talk nicely to children and sometime they mocked us. I’maddition to the workers the restaurant offers very few meals to eat.The television service has limited channels for children and it isnot really fun to watch those adult programs. The instructor at theswimming pool was less concerned and provided little help if any.

Ibelieve that your restaurant put customers need in primaryconsiderations and expect you and your restaurant to do thefollowing. There will be improvement in the number of meals offeredat the restaurant to satisfy the many demand from the customers.Concerning the employees, they should be thoroughly trained to handlecustomers and treat them with respect and profound consideration. Thespeed of service delivery is an issue which needs to be improved inthe restaurant so that customers are not waiting for so long beforebeing served. The television bundle should include the mix for boththe under age and the adults. Family viewing is essential in order tomake the customers feel home.I hope that all the issues will beput under consideration and necessary steps taken in order to improvethe quality of service at the restaurant. It will be a pleasure tovisit your restaurant and find these measures implemented (Ghimire,2012).
